We are looking for a motivated Receptionist Administrator to join our, personable and professional team. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week over 5 days.

Experience and requirements for the role:

  • Liaising directly with clients in person and via telephone
  • Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Iris software an advantage
  • Microsoft Outlook and Word skills
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-Motivated
  • Outgoing
