Recently I have spent time training and appreciating the advantages of accounting in the cloud. By this I mean, easy to use software which is backed up into an online cloud with 24/7 access. The data can then be accessed from anywhere in the world, via an internet connection.
I was especially impressed with the way the various types of software have the facility to import business transactions directly from the bank, enabling an efficient reconciliation of the bank accounts, with minimal fuss. The software provides a simplified bookkeeping facility without the accountancy jargon.
I found that the facilities available were perfect for most types of business. With the built in reports you are able to get a good understanding of your financial performance and cash flow position at any given point.
I would thoroughly recommend to any businesses who are currently using a manual method to record their transactions to consider using one the available packages. I believe it is a cost effective and efficient way to completing those tedious bookkeeping tasks which, if we are honest, no business really enjoys.Jade Greer email@example.com 01903 300230
